Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from South Africa.
What does shipping cost?
Domestic:
For our customers based in South Africa:
- Conventional courier service that delivers straight to your door. This service costs around R120*.
- PUDO - A service that can either deliver straight to your door (R70*), or to a nearby locker for R60*.
International
For our international customers:
For those shopping from the USA, we are pleased to offer TUNL’s Economy rate of around R350*. This rate includes duties and customs.
For those shopping from other countries, our rate averages around R 400. This excludes any customs and duty charges.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to enjoy the experience of purchasing/gifting one of our artworks. To that end, should you not be satisfied with your purchase for any reason—please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Damages and issues
Should your package be damaged during shipping, please reach out to us as soon as possible with clear photos of both the damaged product and its packaging. Kindly email those photos to info@inlyn.co.za.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), gift cards, and final sale items such as final stock prints.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
inlyn is a family-run business. We are a mom and dad of soon-to-be three children, who recently moved to a new province in South Africa to enter full-time ministry. All of this to say, please bear with us. We strive to get your order out as soon as possible, whilst maintaining a high quality of work.
Our lead time is 7 business days, whereafter your order will be shipped from our premises.
(But we will always try to get your order out as soon as possible)
How long does shipping take?
For South African customers, shipping takes around 2-4 business days, depending on the service selected.
For international customers, shipping takes around 10 to 14 business days.
I live outside of South Africa, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
In most cases, yes. Each country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. For those customers in the USA shipping with the Economy Rate, customs and import fees are already included. Please note, should your country charge customs and import fees, we do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order through the link in the order confirmation email.
Orders
Can I change my order?
Yes! In the event that you need to change your order, please send us an email within 12 hours at info@inlyn.co.za. We will always strive to accommodate your requests but please note, it might not always be possible. Once an item has shipped changes cannot be made.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard, and EFTSecure and Payflex.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, you can purchase them here.
Products
What type of paper do you use?
We print on imported Hahnemühle Photo Rag, 100% cotton, 308 gsm, fine art inkjet paper.
Do you offer frames?
Unfortunately, we do not offer frames at the moment.
Are all your prints designed by hand?
Yes, I create every piece from scratch using all the various media I have at my disposal to bring His vision to life.
Miscellaneous
Can I have your art tattooed?
All my prints are copyrighted and may not be used or reproduced without my written consent. The website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Inlyn Illustrasies, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by South Africa and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of Inlyn Illustrasies, unless and except as is expressly provided in our Terms & Conditions. Any unauthorised use of the material is strictly prohibited.
I would like to see your products in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?
No, not at the moment.
Can you create custom artwork for me or my store?
Thank you for asking. As a result of the time investment custom artworks take, we consider these requests on a case by case basis. Please feel free to email us at info@inlyn.co.za with a short description of your idea for consideration.
